Returns Policy
Returning Goods Purchased Online
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition with all garment labels in tact within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Alternatively you can also request an exchange within 21 days of receipt of goods.
Returning Goods Purchased In Store
You can return any purchase within 21 days for an exchange or gift card when you return it to us in saleable condition with all garment labels in tact. We are unable to accept any returned goods for exchange if the original receipt is not presented at till point. Please note we no longer provide cash refunds for non-faulty goods purchased in store
Conditions
As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or any other intimate items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required.
Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
We regret that original postage and packaging cannot be refunded. However, if we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
USC retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
You can return your goods for an exchange or refund in the following ways:
Direct to any USC store
Via any UK Post Office
Returning to store
Please use the store locator to find your nearest USC branch.
When returning to store please present the delivery document at till point as proof of purchase, without this document we will be unable to process your return.
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for purchase. On production of the delivery document the store can either refund your account with the retail price of the goods, exchange for alternative goods sold within the branch or issue a USC gift card to the retail value of the goods purchased. Please note at present we are unable redeem USC gift cards online.
Returning by post
Please complete the returns form provided and indicate whether an exchange or refund is required.
Repackage your unwanted goods securely including your returns form.
Attach the returns label provided to your parcel or alternatively return the order to:
USC Online Returns, USC, Unit 5 Block 8, Moorfield Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA2 0BA
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, for this reason we strongly recommend you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference.
Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
