Returns Policy

USC will be happy to offer a refund for any item within 14 days of receipt of goods and will be happy to exchange an item up to 28 days from receipt of goods.

Conditions

As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or any other intimate items.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required.

Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.

Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection we recommend that you send the parcel via a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.

However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your costs in returning to us.

USC retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.

Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.

We regret that we cannot accept online returns to any of our branches.

Please return your good(s) unworn, in original condition with all garment labels intact, enclosing a copy of your original invoice by post to the address below.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
