01. How do I find out more about a product?

We try to include as much product information as possible but if you do need to know more before making a purchase please email onlineshop@usc.co.uk and we will be happy to respond to any queries you may have.

02. Can I place an order for out of stock items?

We only accept orders for items that are in stock. Customer services are unable to indicate if and when an item is likely to come back into stock or place items on reserve.

03. Can I return items to a store?

Please use the store locator to find your nearest USC branch.

When returning to store please present the delivery document at till point as proof of purchase, without this document we will be unable to process your return.

All refunds will be placed on the original card used for purchase. On production of the delivery document the store can either refund your account with the retail price of the goods, exchange for alternative goods sold within the branch or issue a USC gift card to the retail value of the goods prucahsed. Please note at present we are unable to issue or redeem USC gift cards online.

04. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.

Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

We currently deliver to UK mainland, the Republic of Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey

06. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused?

Check that all the details have been entered correctly or try another card.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if a discount code was not submitted or entered incorrectly.

08. How do I approach USC regarding charitable donation or sponsorship?

USC has nominated charities and these are the only ones to which we donate.

9. If I have a complaint who should I speak to?

All online complaints and queries should be directed to customer services either by emailing onlineshop@usc.co.uk or calling 0800 876 6682 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). All store complaints can be raised with the relevant store manager, alternatively you can also contact customer services on 0800 876 6682 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

10. Can I use my USC Gift Card to make a purchase on the website?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at present. Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed in USC branches.

11. Do USC give student discount?

We will be happy to honour student discount in any of our branches providing current, photographic student ID is presented at till point before the transaction has been processed. At present we are unable to redeem student discount online.

12. There's a problem with the order I have received, what do I do now?

If the wrong items have been sent, items have been damaged in transit or arrived faulty please contact us immediately on 0800 876 6682 or email us at customer.services@usc.co.uk

If you discover items are missing from your order please contact us immediately and we will investigate further.

All problems with orders must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods.
