*STANDARD DELIVERY
- Expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Please note that delivery to certain post codes will be through Royal Mail & will therefore incur an extra day delivery time.
- Please note delivery to the following postcodes can take longer:
**EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Arrives next day if placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed on Thursday after 2 pm will arrive on the following Monday.
- The first available delivery for Express orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday.
- Express Delivery is not available to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.
- Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service, whilst the overwhelming majority (over 99%) of parcels will arrive to these schedules, there may be problems with the occasional order that prevent it being dispatched in time for next day delivery.
- Please note delivery to the following postcodes can take longer:
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
- Delivery of all orders is to addresses in the UK highlands and islands, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, the Republic of Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
- Please note at present we are unable to deliver to British Forces Post Offices.
SECURITY CHECKS
- To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.
SIGNATURES & NO-ONE AT HOME
- If the recipient is in, our carriers will always ask for a signature.
- If there is no-one at home, the carrier will deliver the parcel to your nearest post office & leave a Customer Contact Card with details of where the parcel can be collected.
- When collecting a parcel from the post office you must present the Customer Contact Card along with photographic ID to claim the parcel.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- The shipment confirmation email you receive once goods have been dispatched will contain a tracking number and link for you to track your order with our carriers Parcelforce.
