Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by calling USC Customer Services on 0800 876 6682, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items.
If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds section on this website.
